• Camilo Merizalde: Coming from Colombia, Camilo Merizalde is a renowned coffee expert and innovator. He played a pivotal role in supporting Sasa Sestic's victory at the World Barista Championship. Camilo's expertise is sure to enlighten and enrich your coffee knowledge. Meet him in person and learn about Santuario Project, a COFFEE DEVELOPMENT project with farms in Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Brazil and Ethiopia.
